We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to CEO.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling client meetings, appointments.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research and provide summaries or insights to assist in decision-making.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for easy accessibility.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Monitor and manage email communication, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
- Support in professional tasks as needed by the CEO.
